A true emblem of Bordeaux, the Canelé is a delicacy that dates from the 16th century. It is a pastry made of flour, eggs, milk, vanilla and rum... at first sight, nothing very extravagant you might say ! However, it is a real challenge, when you try to prepare them yourself, to succeed in the feat of obtaining a soft Canelé inside and crispy outside. Good news, you can put away your silicone molds! It is in the respect of the traditions that the Canelés are made! Big Canelés at 70 centimes each, Lunch Canelés at 50 centimes or Bite-sized Canelés at 40 centimes: the choice is yours, depending on your appetite and, above all, your sweet tooth! You can even be tempted by other specialties such as tourtières or caramels with Canelés chips! 제일 작은 사이즈가 맛있다. 큰 사이즈는 별로.
