LE MOULIN DE LA VIERGE
It is one of the very first bakeries in Paris to have chosen organic flour, and for that reason alone, we have a good opinion of this Moulin de la Vierge. Entering this place with its old-fashioned decor and black fronts, you can smell the good smell of bread baked in a wood-burning oven. This cooking gives a taste of the past to country breads and baguettes. The crust is crunchy and the crumb is airy. Among the fetish pastries of this Mill: apple pie, millefeuille and fluted, well, it's classic, and if the prices are a little expensive, we'll say that it's the neighbourhood that wants it.

Chopsticks are nondescript; better balls. But the reputation of this Moulin de la Vierge usurped today is a little.
