Thomas, he's the boss, he's easily spotted with his cap screwed on his head. He took over the Bothorel cheese dairy, while keeping the vintage decor, very trendy today. If the shop is rather small, the products are well identified. Cheeses, dairy products and a little fine food, such as sausage (from Ardèche), a Breton cake, a Ger jam, Parma ham and Croquignol...). The whole range of French cheeses is represented: without exception! There is also an excellent mozzarella from Campania. Thomas has set up a drive service: we place an order from the site, specifying the product and its weight, the day and time of the visit.
