Carmona is a chic and unique restaurant, where Chef Esteban Salazar Martinez introduces you to Andalusian gastronomy.
Chic and unique: that's how to sum up (too) briefly this sunny enclave in the 16th arrondissement. Under the guidance of young chef Esteban Salazar Martinez, you'll discover a colourful place whose walls are adorned with seashells. Once you've got over the pleasant surprise, it's time for the meal, with a menu featuring the very best of Andalusian gastronomy. Here comes grilled Castilian chuck, sea bream crudo with macerated vegetables or roasted almond praline with olive oil ice cream! Reservations are strongly recommended.

Un sans faute! Merci
Très bon service
En revanche les plats sont sans plus et certaines tapas sont excessivement chers : pan con tomate a 13€….
En revanche il faisait très froid, tout le monde avait son manteau mais le pb n’a pas été réglé durant la soirée
