Majestic Indigo Restaurant in a sophisticated and amazing setting preparing bourgeois cuisine.

Caviar lovers know this institution well, which has been given a new lease of life with a menu designed by Yannick Alléno and a restored Art Deco interior. The three-starred chef (Ledoyen in Paris, Cheval Blanc in Courchevel) has kept several of the restaurant's iconic dishes - including the Christian Dior egg (an egg in jelly covered in caviar) - and offers, in addition to Prunier's "black grains", more contemporary recipes, such as this raw langoustine with geranium accompanied by a caviar cream, which was on the menu at the reopening.

Endroit magnifique, service attentionné et efficace, un déjeuner parfait. Nous avons pris le menu du jour avec huîtres et merlan frit. Le merlan frit surmonté d’un tartare avec un peu de caviar, très savoureux et original.

Brunch très fin et très délicat servi par un personnel aux petits soins. Tout pour faire oublier le temps morose qui plombait Paris hier. Et de quoi accentuer le regret de n'avoir pas eu un appétit d'ogre pour tout goûter !
