Majestic Indigo Restaurant in a sophisticated and amazing setting preparing bourgeois cuisine.

Caviar lovers know this institution well, which has been given a new lease of life with a menu designed by Yannick Alléno and a restored Art Deco interior. The three-starred chef (Ledoyen in Paris, Cheval Blanc in Courchevel) has kept several of the restaurant's iconic dishes - including the Christian Dior egg (an egg in jelly covered in caviar) - and offers, in addition to Prunier's "black grains", more contemporary recipes, such as this raw langoustine with geranium accompanied by a caviar cream, which was on the menu at the reopening.

The overall experience is very good. They had a very rich and well prepared menu for the 31st December and of course that went up until the midnight 1a.m on the 1st January. The staff at the bar was really good to prepare for us customized non-alcoholic cocktails and the other staff were very attentive and keen on providing the best service to their customers. Although I felt that the cost a bit high, I would say that's a very great experience and I would any day recommend the restaurant.

Je dirai que le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de cet établissement.
Il a fallu demander plusieurs fois pour avoir l'apéritif, pour ensuite avoir le menu et ainsi de suite!!
Nous avons bcp attendu.
Passer plus de 3h pour un dîner aussi agréable soit-il, me paraît un peu long!!

Très belle maison avec un magnifique décor aussi bien en bas qu'à l'étage. Nous avons testé le brunch sur les produits de la mer avec un choix important de préparations. Superbes huîtres. Un plat chaud à choisir durant le brunch
