Majestic Indigo Restaurant in a sophisticated and amazing setting preparing bourgeois cuisine.

Caviar lovers know this institution well, which has been given a new lease of life with a menu designed by Yannick Alléno and a restored Art Deco interior. The three-starred chef (Ledoyen in Paris, Cheval Blanc in Courchevel) has kept several of the restaurant's iconic dishes - including the Christian Dior egg (an egg in jelly covered in caviar) - and offers, in addition to Prunier's "black grains", more contemporary recipes, such as this raw langoustine with geranium accompanied by a caviar cream, which was on the menu at the reopening.

Un bon moment que j’ai pu vivre avec mon compagnon pour nos 3 ans. Le seul hic, étant dans une vieille bâtisse, nous sentions un courant d’air très frais qui nous a rendu malade.

Tres bel endroit , confortable et elegant, exellent service , merci au maitre hotel colombien José et au conseils de la someliere italienne MIKY si je me souvient bien un petit bemol pour la cuisine car on peut s'attendre mieux par un chef de ce rang comme ALLENO

Très déçu le bol de langoustine a 32 euro est horrible je n ai jamais vu de langoustines aussi minuscules une fois décortiquées il ne reste plus rien Les pommes de terres chaudes sont froides Le serveur nous a demandé si nous avions demandé du homard et quand nous avons parlé de pomme de terre on nous a dit que les plats se ressemblaient le saumon fumé n est pas fumé Une heure d attente pour avoir le premier plat etc etc
