Majestic Indigo Restaurant in a sophisticated and amazing setting preparing bourgeois cuisine.

Caviar lovers know this institution well, which has been given a new lease of life with a menu designed by Yannick Alléno and a restored Art Deco interior. The three-starred chef (Ledoyen in Paris, Cheval Blanc in Courchevel) has kept several of the restaurant's iconic dishes - including the Christian Dior egg (an egg in jelly covered in caviar) - and offers, in addition to Prunier's "black grains", more contemporary recipes, such as this raw langoustine with geranium accompanied by a caviar cream, which was on the menu at the reopening.

Plus les années passent plus l'intérêt pour ce restaurant baisse. Dommage de voir une institution aussi mal traitée. Espérons un miracle en cuisine et une autre qualité dans l'accueil.

C’est toujours un plaisir de dîner dans ce lieu mythique. Le service est impeccable et attentionné ! La carte a changé, du caviar dans tous les plats.

2 entrées : 1 tartare de saumon impeccable et 1 foie gras triste, sans goût limite légèrement oxydé (teinte verdâtre sur les côtés). 2 plats : volaille correct mais tiède et 1 sole au caviar. Cuisson de la sole inadaptée, presque bouillie. Tiède également. Dessert : 1 baba tout sec, juste le sirop vodka d'accompagnement qui lui était bien. Commentaires au garçon qui a offert un verre de vin et a rapporté des petites mignardises sans que l'on ne demande rien. À ce prix, je pense qu'on peut mieux faire...
