Cafe in Paris preparing homemade dishes with a choice of meat, fish and vegetables.
In red and black, large and bright, with red and brown chairs, black ceilings and polished floors. Café Brassac offers you services for all moments, breakfasts, lunches, dinners or simply to have a drink. Good, chic, good genre and yet relaxed, you still have the possibility to privatise the restaurant for your events (birthday, cocktails…) from 25 to 120 people. As for the meal, not only all the dishes are homemade and seems to be prepared in the kitchen, but they also offer a wide variety of choices. Between starters and snacking, preserved coffee and dishes of the day, you have the choice: leeks vinaigrettes, chopped eggs, raviolis, cheeseburger, Caesar salad, shank or terrine, tuna or salmon, you can choose dishes such as a Roquefort sauce or a beef fillet, scallop or cod, tartares cut with knife, and all the meats, lamb, veal, chicken, with homemade French fries, purée and vegetables.

On se régale d'une cuisine fait maison, de belles assiettes généreuses et, si l'on est d'humeur festive, de caviar avec une coupe de champagne.
On valse entre cocktails ???? et belles bouteilles, tous les jours de la semaine.
À la carte, les grands classiques, tartare, artichaut vinaigrette et autres délices.

Very low value for money. The minced meatloaf with a poached egg costs 22 euros, and it is super unpalatable. A bottle is 3 euros in the horizontal store, and 9 euros in this place. The drink is also made as unpleasant as mixed with water.
However The service attitude is OK , it is even more uncomfortable.
