Musée de l'Union des Fabricants in Paris, housing car parts, works of art, perfumes, and textiles

Textiles, perfumes, foodstuffs, car parts, works of art... This museum of the Union des Fabricants, which works to ensure that industrial property is protected internationally, is one of a kind. Visitors are invited to play the difference game: imitations are placed next to authentic models, so you can learn to recognise the real from the fake. The mansion in which the museum is housed is itself a period imitation!

Very small, very quirky museum. The vast majority of items are not pieces of fine art, but fake versions of clothing, champagne, medication, etc.
