MAISON RUSSE
Restaurant offering dishes in Parisian-contemporary style.
Formerly known as Maison Russe, this Paris Society restaurant, housed in the splendid Hôtel Pauilhac, has now become Maison Revka. However, caviar (in this case from Sologne) and smoked salmon still feature prominently on the menu, which includes Slavic classics such as salmon coulibiac and pavlova, as well as Parisian-contemporary dishes such as linguine with caviar. A glamorous, social dining experience... on every level. A beautiful garden in summer and a bar offering a fine selection of vodkas.
