Canteen in Paris serving beef strogonoff, marinated chicken brochettes.
This address is probably one of the oldest in Paris. It was the canteen of the famous music conservatory Serge Rachmaninoff. It is reported that at the time taxi drivers stopped to take a good bowl of bortch (cabbage soup). From the canteen has embourgeoisée, and prices with it, but it kept the Russian atmosphere with its photos of Charliarine and Tchaïkowsky on the old fireplace. The chef continues to place all his heart in the bortch, stroganoff beef, chicken chachlik (pickled chicken skewers) and orange orange (an orange picked orange, sprinkled with crystallized skin in syrup). It is unfortunate that tour operators have taken over the address and that there are often groups, especially evenings of musical animation. Summer breakfast in the yard.
