Restaurant with terrace specialized in burgers with Parisian bread, meat and organic chicken from Aubrac.
Polo is Paul Poirier, son of Aveyron breeders, who came in Paris for studying there. But his plan is to mount his own business. And when you come from Laguiole either you sell knives or open a restaurant. He chose the second solution with a Chinese version. Some works to give to the places a Parisian brasserie and American look, and this is our Polo on track. So he just has to set the carte and this is our paramount eyes. Yet pork and cheese from his region? Well no... No specialties of the country but burgers of the country. Well almost. Bread is Parisian but meat and organic chicken come from Aubrac. For the rest there are cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, avocado, and many other more distant products. The flagship burger of the house is the Polo with beef 250g and above all the cooking is required... Allergic to burger can opt for a tartar, rib steak, chicken nuggets, etc. Everything is served with chips that are not extraordinary and a salad that deserves a little more seasoning. And as everything is cooked to order the service is a bit slow. We forgive because the burgers are really delicious. The terrace with small star bulbs is very pleasant.
