120 CAFÉ
Café in Paris offering fresh produce, toast, club sandwiches, bagels and homemade pastries.
The 120 Café is the culmination of a dream between mother and daughter: Michèle, the mother, an accountant, but above all expert in the art of receiving and the art of cooking, and Karine, the daughter, a graduate of the hotel school in Lausanne, fell under the charm of New York. They have created a place where the fans of the «big apple» kitchen always find themselves happy between two shoppings. Their ideal recipe: a range of fresh products, a beautiful presentation, a great desire to delight, a little help from a great chef and a hint of love. All these ingredients put together give a room all in length a little pop version in black and white, two smiling women and dishes bearing known names: Nat King Cole for toast bread, semi-candied tomatoes and oregano; Dean Martin for baking mustard butter, beef coppa, mozzarella, fondue; Lionel Hampton for bread in tartare tuna tartar. All sweets are served with green salad and potato salad. À la carte also includes salads such as the Charles Mingus made up of abundance tomatoes and goat's frais and brick; Sandwich sandwiches like the smoked Saumon Jones salmon in the House of Caviar, lettuce and fresh dill cream. Plates are in the same line (Barry White is a hamburger with or without cheese, Amy Winehouse is Grilled chicken steak, etc.). Only les have taken names of city names: for San Francisco it is tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto and beef coppa. By serving: homemade pastries (based on apples, cheesecake, tiramisu), waffle, white cheese, fresh fruit or gourmet coffee. Michèle and his daughter also propose to privatize their room (25 to 50 people), to prepare buffets or brunches.
