This highly gourmet Chinese restaurant is distinguished above all by the quality and traceability of the products it uses. Here, there is only the top of the line on the plate. Led by Charly Tang, who sells his recipe book here, the service is in the same vein and makes all the honours to the dishes that emerge from the kitchen. The plates reveal real wonders in the mouth: spring salad to the langoustines tails, fresh pasta, basmati, juice of crustaceans, roll from warm spring to meal, grilled bar to Thai sauce with traditional Cantonese rice, crisp and fluffy pineapple, juice in rum and lychee sherbet, dishes quite expensive but which will delight all gourmets. As a bonus, a good cellar completes the pleasure. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant is placed in a form of discretion for meals between friends or in love.
