Restaurant in a refined setting offering Cantonese-style cuisine.

This distinguished Chinese restaurant - the only Michelin-starred one in France - is one of the two restaurants, along with the refined Bauhinia, in the luxury Shangri-la. At the helm is chef Tony Xu, a regular at some of China's top establishments: his Szechuan-inspired vegetarian cuisine, concocted at the Temple House restaurant in Chengdu, was even awarded a macaron in 2022. But back to Shang Palace. Here, his ambition is to give his guests a taste of the many subtleties of Chinese cuisine. He succeeds in doing just that, with an inventive menu.

Restaurant qui se trouve dans un très bel hôtel. La décoration y est sobre et de bon goût. Les plats sont de qualité, raffinés et originaux pour certains. Le service au top, très professionnel et sympathique, de plus, le rapport qualité prix est excellent
