This distinguished Chinese restaurant - the only Michelin-starred one in France - is one of the two restaurants, along with the refined Bauhinia, in the luxury Shangri-la. At the helm is chef Tony Xu, a regular at some of China's top establishments: his Szechuan-inspired vegetarian cuisine, concocted at the Temple House restaurant in Chengdu, was even awarded a macaron in 2022. But back to Shang Palace. Here, his ambition is to give his guests a taste of the many subtleties of Chinese cuisine. He succeeds in doing just that, with an inventive menu.

j y vais depuis l ouverture !
les crepes de riz rouge sont la signature du chef des le debutet. ses qualités se dégradent au fils des années .
la crepes rouge furent tres moelleuses et gouteuses, la garniture subltilement crispi et richement enveloppant de crvettes (cf la photo du site)
or tout était bien sec, sans goutet .quant aux crevettes à l'ail , elles étaient bien grasses.
