Japanese canteen in Paris serving sushi, good bagels and great classics of Japanese cuisine.
If you are fed up with charmless Japanese canteens which are increasing in Paris and offer identical menu, you will love Bozen. Founded in 2011 by the two friends of childhood Julien and Yoni, the place is a concept of contemporary Japanese restaurants. In a room charmingly following fashion trends and modern furniture, you will taste sushi and other rolls reinterpreted with creative sauce, "signatures", like the California rolls with black truffle or foie gras, but also the great classics of the Japanese cuisine. And if you are finally tired of sushi, good bagels and various salads are also on the menu. We are highly recommended!
