The sushi was good taste wise but unfortunately the quality of cutting the fish filets, makis etc falls way behind other cheaper sushi restaurants. There is a lot of room for improvement there.

Le poisson est très frais, le riz parfaitement vinaigré.
Mention spéciale pour l’aubergine miso

Sushis absolument délicieux. La carte est beaucoup plus large, mais je suis venu pour tester les sushis après un mois passé au Japon. Et ça valait totalement le coup. C’était tellement bon que j’ai repris des maki au thon alors que je n’avais plus faim. Envie d’y retourner et de retourner au Japon.

Pour un restaurant de luxe (85 € le menu) la salle et même le service ne sont pas à la hauteur. Le menu non plus. Ce n'était pas mal et même très bon, mais je m'attendais à plus. J'ai un souvenir de cuisine kaseki à Kyoto : service en kimono, tatami, nombre de plats délicieux et originaux. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris à la carte.
