Japanese restaurant offering a wide selection of specialties including sushi, salads ... which are on the menu.

Littéralement is the "sushi festival", and it can even be added to the "festival of signs" because the brand spreads sprawling while respecting a certain ethics. Certified AB, grown in Italy in the Po plain, white short white Japonica Selenio Premium is in all sushi sold in the 11 Japanese restaurants Matsuri, Paris, Lyon, Reims and Geneva. Matsuri works in Ecuador with the first tuna tuna fishing company certified «Friend of the Sea». Amberjack, fine and white fish "Friend of the Sea", Saint James Bay of St. Brieuc and Devon flour from sustainable fishing areas are also on the map. This company was the first to deliver home sushi and the first Japanese restaurant to set up the turning counter (kaïtenzushi) to share moments of conviviality. A wide selection of specialities such as sushi, sashimis, makis, salads, yakitori skewers and desserts. The menu is made according to its wishes and we pay according to the colour of the plate; The trouble is that everything is tempting. A more elaborate menu of dishes completes the offer. Among the best creations of the house, the horenso shake gunkan (pop salmon, fresh spinach shoots), negui maguro gunkan (chopped tuna, leek, algues) or the uni gunkan (sea urchin coral, seaweed leaves). Matsuri also offers a varied menu of drinks, in addition to sake one cup ozeki or still the beer Kirin, la, Japanese lemonade to eat nothing alone. Today we distinguish restaurants, shops and catering activities.

One of the first Japanese restaurants with offered to Parisian " system; Kaïtenzushi" i.e sushi dishes to be taken on the treadmill. It has to be said that the concept is fun, children love.

The sushi fresh because of being prepared live in the cuisine in the restaurant. Not bad choice, but nothing very original with my taste. I loved the sushi grilled eel (the 6th 2) and tempura them, but most dishes are similar to those of the Japanese restaurant in the area. The difficulty is that the touch climbs quickly at 2 in the 6th and may seem painful at the end of the meal!

In conclusion, it is nice but it is quite expensive, you pay the concept. And we are far from the quality of authentic Japanese restaurant (Bizan, Issé, Benkay) certainly expensive.
