Restaurant offering beautiful, brilliant and excellent cuisine in Paris.
Yoshi is the culinary proof that a Chinese chef can make as well as a Japanese leader in Japanese cuisine. Bingheng Zhang, the head of this gastro sobrissime - formed for six years at Kai Street du Louvre - is a size. His kitchen is beautiful, brilliant and excellent: At midday it is bento of goldsmith and in the evening it is tasting high flying. You will then have to taste the chawanmushi, this delicious little jar of egg beaten to steam and to the home fresh foie gras and to the risotto lobster and garlic. The rest of the Asian soup soup miso, sushi, sashimis, vegetable or shrimp tempura, meat and fish grills keep the road in their absolute classicism. Do products of high quality justify a somewhat high price? No doubt, because we always come back with pleasure…
