Small Japanese-style restaurant in Paris serving a short menu of sushi and sashimi, small beautiful and good dishes.

Forget immediately the Iberian first name, and pronounce the name of this tiny Japanese restaurant: . You are here in the House of Happiness, which you will be happy to believe in the traditional warm hospitality you will enjoy, as well as the short, sober and promising card from elsewhere. Between sushi, sashimis or shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, you only have to choose, unless you prefer the Omakasé menu according to the chef's mood, a wise choice provided you have time in front of you and the wallet. Because Juan is in the best position, and does not badine with the ceremonial of Kaiseki ryôri: at the word 2 hours of small dishes all more beautiful and good than others!
