ROSIMAR
Small Catalan restaurant offering paella to go for lunch or dinner.
The star of this small Catalan restaurant, apart from you that dominant you in the mirrors that cover almost entirely the walls, is rice: star of the classic paella for two persons well prepared and, above all, the negro arroz, a composition in deep black and with almost purple reflections when it is accommodated in the ink of cuttlefish. Other specialties include the royal sea bream in salt crust, fish zarzuela or burbot fideoa (it is a paella where rice is replaced by pasta). But the map reveals other nuggets such as the pata negra in Salamanca melting like a candy. Cod in candied and crémés onions is a fine variant. It is not escaped to the Catalan turron or cream burned by iron. In bonus, smile and warmth at reception. For paella to take lunch or evening, call the day before or before noon.
