Head office in Paris serving Italian specialties: pizzas, quality products and desserts.

We know the restaurant La Matta, located 23 rue de l'Annonciation, and we went around on the one which is opposite to the pavement. The owner is between the one and the other, in order to keep a close look on everything. The head office is the restaurant; the other would be more designed for those in a hurry. The design is the same but in a more modern style, while Italian specialties are the same with good pizzas, and same quality products. Daily specialties are displayed on a blackboard, if not great classics. Bruschetta and mozzarella were perfect with small cherry tomatoes and the salad was very fresh, but a bit expensive (€16). The desserts are very delicious and deserve to be tasted. The Italian waiter is very busy but there is no need stretching about the menu content. It's up to you to know what you want...

Excellent restaurant italien, le meilleur de Paris à mon avis. Le menu offre beaucoup de choix et tous les produits sont de très bonne qualité. Atmosphère conviviale, personnel compétent ,accueillant et très gentil. Si vous aimez la cuisine italienne, allez-y les jeux fermés !

Great food. One of the friendliest eateries in Paris. We went back for a second night. We bothe loved the vegetarian pizza. Another evening I ate Pata Voegele. I've never had so many clams in my dish. It was delicious. Go and enjoy!

Nous avons été ravis de tomber par hasard sur ce restaurant italien. Les pizzas sont excellentes, la pâte est parfaite et les produits utilisés vraiment savoureux. Le service est hyper souriant et sympathique, et nous avons adoré l'ambiance animée de la petite rue dans laquelle il se trouve. D'ailleurs nous y sommes vite retournés. Un peu d'attente aux heures les plus fréquentées mais ça avance assez vite, et ça vaut vraiment le coup. A bientôt! ????
