Paris address offering a salad of young spinach shoots and crunchy vegetables for vegetarians.
Di Vino is the little brother of the Vinoteca. The frame is modern and elegant, and it feels perfectly comfortable because for once the space is airy. Come the map where everything is written in Italian (fortunately everything is translated) and you get there with relish. A salad of young spinach shoots with Parmesan shavings. In the panoplie range, celui vegetables (peas, beans, sweet peas and zucchini chips) are more than attractive at this time of vegetarian envy. Mission accomplished on the plate, vegetables are cooked perfectly. But the strong point is Italian wine to taste all day. The 110 strictly selected references have a comment and the staff knows how to brag about their qualities. There are numerous wines from Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. Some bottles around the 200 €, but you can enjoy much less than that.
