You can't miss this pizzeria… A Fiat 500 of the 1960 s, yellow, throne in front of the door. It is the Rebellato family, the origin of its neighbour, Giulio Rebellato, who is also on the orders. He comes from Padua, but spent many years in the USA and Canada to highlight his country's cuisine. He is known by the quality of his kitchen and is a good address book. Back in France, he installs his first gourmet restaurant which attracts people because the place is relatively discreet. In July 2014 Nicolas Sarkozy himself came to honour the kitchen, in the neighbour… It has to be said that he is a habit, because he even celebrated his 58 years in 2013… The room is modern, decorated with posters of films that made the glory of Italian cinema such as La Softness de vivre or Divorce Italian. The card is short and it is all the better because it guarantees a certain freshness. In cooking, Giulio Rebellato favors fish, langoustines and veal, but pasta, all made home, and risotto remain its specialities. Seasons are observed: fresh pasta to the ceps or to chanterelles in autumn, pasta in winter truffles, tagliolini to green asparagus in spring, tiramisu with red fruit in summer. On the map also three white pizzas and two pasta dishes. Choix, a fried pizza filling tomato, ricotta, smoked mozzarella and basil sauce. Choix assez large de pizzas et de desserts.
Le service est assez rapide.
Le cadre est atypique avec de belles affiches et une collection de maillots mythiques avec une belle influence PSG.
Les pizzas napolitaines étaient vraiment succulentes, la pâte est bien gonflée et la quantité des ingrédients n’est pas minime! De plus, l'huile piquante était bien épicée.
La pizza reine AOC qui nous a été servie avait une pâte très fine et remplie d'eau.
Nous avons été écoeuré par sa présentation, et par sa saveur que l'on pouvait comparer à une fine tranche de pain humide.
Nous n'avons pas pu la manger et avons signalé notre mécontentement au serveur.
Celui-ci nous a répondu que l'humidité provenait du fromage AOC qui avait dégorgé.
Nous pensions qu'il nous proposerait une autre pizza, mais il nous a simplement apporté l'addition à payer.
