LE RELAIS DU PARC
Restaurant in an emblematic address with a sublime terrace to serve a cuisine with current flavors.
Le Relais du Parc made new skin in 2012, along with the Renaissance Hotel. This emblematic address of Joël Robuchon and then Alain Ducasse at the end of the last century, before joining the Plaza, still remains a territory of gastronomic cuisine. The terrace is a sublime oasis of greenery and a haven of peace around which three restaurant rooms are being inspected by the architect and designer Philippe Nuel. The chef, Stéphane Duchiron, works not to match his predecessors but to serve a cuisine with contemporary flavours with a sense of self-training. Just roasted white asparagus, vinaigrette lemon dressing conflict and ventrèche black pig ventrèche, a beautiful entry. The carottes bar in three ways, citrus butter and cardamone is also very good. And in dessert, a gluten-free sablé (it's fashion, even for non-allergic ones), cuites cuites strawberries, basilic aux aux.
