JÉRÉMIE
Address in Paris serving a high-end bistronomic menu.
La Passiflore has been replaced by Jérémie, a good restaurant near Palais de Chaillot. The new owner is Jérémie Tourdjman, a talented chef who has worked in the kitchens of Violon d'Ingres and Louis XV. He proves here that he is talented and that his inspirations are boundless. As for the price, he immediately plays in the big leagues because his menu is on a rather high-end bistronomic. His inspiration comes from the South and his local products are perfectly selected. Everything is nicely worked, the cooking is fair, and the presentation neat. You can treat yourself to pan-fried parsley-seasoned frog legs, ray wing roasted with country ham, shells in marinière and white beans as well as with the royal quail, salsifis roasted with hazelnut and reduced juice. As for dessert: Rum baba, New York-style chocolate cookie, Iced Mont-Blanc with Aubenas chestnut, etc. The dining room is both simple, elegant, and modern, and a little minimalist.
