Cosy restaurant where the chef's cooking is inspired by Lyon and the lunch formula is good value for money.
Stéphane Gaborieau is from Lyon. His love of cooking is nothing new; his career is marked by nice travels in prestigious houses and great rewards: he is Meilleur ouvrier de France 2004 and starred... The room of his restaurant is, like him, marked by a certain serenity. Relaxing atmosphere, cosy but not stiff, all contributes to make the guest feel at ease to meet the chef's cuisine. And what a cuisine! Basic Lyon inspiration, with accents of the South, without forgetting a small detour by Asia and products of an exceptional quality. Extracts from the menu: Grenadine of Duck foie gras pan-fried and range of Joël Thiebault beet, scallops tartare and mango jelly, cod in section just smoked and leek cannelloni, soft sardine fillets marinated with herbs, hot puffed chocolate and pears with spices, Victoria pineapples roasted with honey, heart with kiwi and piña colada emulsion. This culinary travel is far from being given, but it is worth the detour. An advice, try the lunch menu with unbeatable value for money.
