Restaurant in a refined setting offering dishes from the best products.

Ryuji Teshima, "Teshi", is far from being a novice of the stoves. After gaining experience with many Parisian kitchens, the 34-year-old chef opens his own table. In a clean setting, guests have an unbeatable view of the open kitchen. At a table, he regals his customers by offering dishes from the best products. Its dishes are aesthetic and sophisticated: Basque country calf, rolled with fresh radis, pulse and anchovy foam. A beautiful superposition of tastes and textures. More darker, a wild ostrich granity and white cheese with mirabella compote… Finally, the saint-honored with his salty butter caramel. One regret: small portions.

Really high quality dinner with great cooking. Just don't order the Wagyu as an extra 100Euro (for 2) for a small sliver of beef was not good value.Wine and service also good.

Je suis absolument ravie de mon expérience au Restaurant Pages. C'était tout simplement magique. J'ai adoré observer les cuisiniers à l'œuvre dans la cuisine ouverte. Le service était exceptionnel et le personnel très aimable. Les plats étaient délicieux et magnifiquement présentés.

Kleines Lokal mit einer japanisch angehauchten aber im Kern französischen Küche. Das konsumierte 8-Gänge-Menü entspricht im Wesentlichen den Erwartungen an ein Ein-Sterne-Lokal. Lediglich der Hommard au Bisque und der (gegen Aufschlag servierte) Trüffel entsprachen nicht dem Geschmack unserer vier Tester unterschiedlicher gastronomischer Erfahrung.

Der Service ist makellos, freundlich (wenn auch einzelne Personen erst frisch dabei waren und deshalb nicht sofort auf alle Fragen eine Antwort wussten). Allerdings mussten wir ihn nach den ersten 4 Gängen einbremsen, da diese in sehr hohem Tempo serviert wurden.

もともとのコースの金額は、1人€150でしたが、お会計の際には1人€250になっていました。理由としては、ホールの方が途中我々に話しかけてきて、和牛の追加と、トリュフの追加をオプションでオススメだと言ってきました。特に値段もメンションせず、我々もあまり情報を聞かずに頼んだところ、2つのオプション合わせて€100という値段でした。このように、少しサービスにおいて不足しているところがあり、それが結果的にお店の印象を下げてしまっています。みなさん、お気をつけて。オプションを頼む時は、よく情報を聞いてから判断してください。
