A sunny, cheerful, and delicious cuisine to be tasted in a restaurant in Paris.

A loyal lieutenant for years to Alain Ducasse, Jean-Louis Nomicos, of Greek origin, knows how to marry the Mediterranean and the garrigue with brio. Stuffed zucchini flowers, grilled scampi with a twist of lime, crispy red mullet with smoked eggplant or a fillet of roasted St. Pierre: a sunny and gourmet cuisine. And the tablets? You will have understood, they are not to be found on your table, but rather on the side of the iPads on which the menu and the wines have been loaded, as well as some photos and videos.

Menu en 6 temps à tomber par terre. Dans une salle magnifique qui procure une ambiance intimiste très agréable, prolongée par un service impeccable. Mention spéciale pour le jardin de légumes d'Ile de France qui goûte délicieusement le soleil de Méditerranée !

Une expérience magique..le macaroni en léger gratin aux truffes noires et foie gras de canard, plat signature du Chef, vaut à lui seul le détour, un tel équilibre dans un plat c'est rare ! Le filet de boeuf et foie gras de canard légèrement fumés au bois de hêtre et des accompagnements gourmands, est lui aussi parfaitement juste. J'ai terminé sur une note de fraîcheur avec le granité d'Absinthe, très original et léger.
Beau choix de vins, service et accueil attentionnés... On rêve d'y retourner très vite
