Establishment in Paris offering French dishes inspired from elsewhere and Japanese.
At the head of this chic and unifying establishment, there is the Japanese chef Tsukada Fukuyama, a former student of the place. In a refined setting, the cook welcomes you and offers French dishes highly seasoned by the exotic inspiration and in particular from his country. Red Label Scottish Salmon and lime sour cream, baked cod and its freshness of tomatoes, rumsteak heart pan-fried and deglazed with soy sauce, duo of pig (braised breast, pigs'feet and ears ) or iced mousse with fennel confit accompanied by its pineapple coulis with cardamom, the mixture of flavors is perfect. As for the taste, it's fine, gourmet and you can't stop watching with envy the plates of your table neighbors. Definitely, the chef Fukuyama knows how to convince. In the end, the result is more than pleasant: The note is light and the belly is full.
