Parisian bistro serving traditional homemade cooking with respect for the products and the seasons.

Le Mathusalem is the stronghold of Thomas Kazandjian and Lionel Chauvin, grandson of the famous ice-cream maker Raymond Berthillon. This regular spot, at the foot of the Garigliano Bridge, has more than one trump card up its sleeve: its Art Nouveau decor, its friendly, knowledgeable staff and, of course, its cuisine, which carries the colors of tradition. On a July evening, a smoked salmon with lemon sauce and a homemade country terrine were served alongside a hay-roasted andouillette (necessarily 5A) and a poultry supreme with sweet potato cream. Il y a toujours de la bonne nourriture avec un service agréable ainsi que du bon vin au verre et d'excellents pains perdus. C'est un bon choix pour le déjeuner.

bistro tradi de qualité, avec une carte courte et de saison et une super équipe de salle ! les pinards sont choisis, avec des multiples bien sages (miam l’héritage de guigal de 2008 sans avoir à vendre un rein…)
