A restaurant with charming service, well-crafted cuisine and expertly prepared dishes.
There's nothing pensive about eating at Les Coltineurs. The service is friendly and the food well prepared. You immediately feel at home in the bright surroundings, with paintings and photos of the former restaurant. The à la carte menu features unpretentious dishes executed with precision. On this particular lunchtime: a prelude of calamari with fire chorizo, followed by a glorious breaded swordfish with sun vegetables. Seen on the menu at the beginning of summer: sea (lobster, with spaghetti in particular, trout tartare...) and land (sweetbreads, double fat, veal paupiette...). Good and amazing.
