LA GARÇONNIERE
Address in Paris offering a bistro-style cuisine, gourmet dishes and a seasonal menu.
Halfway between bistrot and brewery, the Garçonnière takes its pin in the No Man's Land, the Parc des Princes district thanks to its chef, Bruno Chartier. What a pleasure to find him behind the stoves, offering a bistroe kitchen that changes the gastro register in which we had known him. It sends out gourmet dishes in all reports and often inspired by French bistronomy: tartar and parmesan tartare, truffles to truffles, tiramisu Nutella-specculos… The card changes over the course of the seasons so it is fun to return to give a good shot in these friendly proposals. However, a revision of the prices is required…

Vous avez raison, je ne peux pas dire que la totalité de ce que vous servez est surgelé.
