Halfway between bistrot and brewery, the Garçonnière takes its pin in the No Man's Land, the Parc des Princes district thanks to its chef, Bruno Chartier. What a pleasure to find him behind the stoves, offering a bistroe kitchen that changes the gastro register in which we had known him. The Bachelor Pad is an impressive film Billy Wilder. It is also a bistro born in 2009 in an unlikely corner of the sixteenth district. A hateful academic case of Paris gargotier.
