Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas hélas pu y aller et nous avons retrouvé avec joie la table de Victor que nous avons partagée en famille
Le quincy choisi par Quentin nous a bien plu et nous a accompagnés pendant le repas .
En entrée ceviche , gaspacho et carpaccio tout nous a plu
Les tartares à la mode classique ou Coréenne , le foie de veau nous ont régalé
