Funny bistro in Paris preparing home cooking, meats and poultry, recipes of grandmothers.
A wine lees facade, some barrels in every corner and a nice smell of dried-in wine, The Bizetro restaurant sets the tone at the biginning. And directing this funny bistro, two friends Pierrot and Luc focus on the French local and the grandmother's recipes. We do not come here in order to get a range of dishes or culinary creations, but what is nice and good is the homemade cuisine category. You can start with goose rillettes, hare terrine that would be as a whole meal, veal blanquette or a prime rib for two, a clafoutis or an attractive melted chocolate cake. So there is no surprise but some delicious preparations to spend a good time with friends especially as the wine cellar is well provided. Small in size but big in soul.
