景色很漂亮可以看到巴黎鐵塔,餐點也好吃。可惜一切都被這位禿頭的服務生扣分,只要是華裔的客人,他就擺出一副高高在上而且隨便的服務態度,也完全沒有一絲笑容。

Probably my least favourite Michelin dining experience. Sure, there's a cool view (tiny Eiffel Tower in the distance) but the food was not reflective of French gastronomy. Many dishes lacked flavour and the attentiveness of the staff, while polite, was wavering. For example, a particular aperitif was recommended with ice, but it came out without ice. Not a big deal, but I would think attention-to-detail was a standard for any restaurant of this calibre/price point.

Furthermore, I have seen reviews on here to indicate that the staff are more standoffish to Asian guests - I can confirm I had also experienced this.

Une expérience unique, que l'on attendait depuis longtemps.
Une cuisine digne de sa réputation, délicate, inventive et gourmande à la fois. Une carte des vins incroyable et un moment inoubliable grâce à un personnel au petit soin qui sait vraiment s'adapter à la clientèle. Nous étions 4 restaurateurs de Savoie et nous avons sincèrement apprécié les échanges simples et à la fois très professionnels des serveurs, des sommeliers et de Florent Martin, le chef sommelier.

Un grand merci à tous, grâce à la cuisine du chef et au professionnalisme du personnel de salle, je pense que nous avons tous passé un moment hors du temps, que nous ne sommes pas prêt d'oublier...

Le cadre est vraiment splendide, c’est très rare de pouvoir avoir une aussi belle vue sur Paris. Le service était également excellent, de nombreux plats sont rajoutés bien qu’il ne s’agisse que de la formule entrée plat dessert ce qui est un bon point. On ne ressort pas dutout avec la faim contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire sur de nombreux avis. Seul bémol concernant le perdreau de chasse, il était beaucoup trop poivré à mon goût.
