Great establishment in Paris preparing gastronomic and seasonal dishes, meats, and desserts.

At the helm of this Michelin-starred 16th arrondissement restaurant are chef Noam Gedalof and sommelier Etheliya Hananova, husband and wife. Together, they confidently and elegantly steer this establishment with its refined decor (blue walls, paintings by Peter Hoffer...). The wine list features bottles from artisan winemakers of recognized quality. In the kitchen, the brigade plays with the seasons to create a seductive score (risotto carnaroli au tourteau, eggplant en persillade, filet de veau-artichaut poivrade, white peach sorbet...). Undeniable expertise.

Delicious meals, especially loved the juicy, flavourful bacon-wrapped venison that was served with smokey/fruity vin jaune sauce, and the tangy pear-cassis sorbet that was served with sweet citrusy champagne mousse. Service was excellent.

Honestly, this is the most approachable Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever eaten in. After arriving and taking our seats, we learned our dinner companions would be late. We worried the restaurant would be unhappy. Instead, they could not have been more gracious and hospitable, and made us feel right at home, and well cared-for with clever drink suggestions. The food was outstanding. Some truly sublime tastes. The service was slick. But still, very, very approachable. Excellent wine pairing suggestions, and happy to keep within my (limited) budget. Not inexpensive, but you'll remember this.

Un excellent accueil par la patronne et sommelière: adorable, d’excellent conseil, et très attentionnée. Les plats sont bons et bien exécutés même si on regrette les portions un peu congrues, même pour le fromage en supplément. Un coup de cœur pour le fabuleux filet de veau corse de Jacques Abbatucci ! Un bémol au moment du dessert : après un pré-dessert tout en fraîcheur, mêlant des saveurs acides et herbacées, les deux desserts à partager arrivent en même temps : bien que tous les deux excellents, ce n’est pas aisé car les deux comportent des glaces (dont une, divine, aux 6 vanilles !) qui du coup fondent beaucoup trop vite. Ils gagneraient à être servis l’un après l’autre.

An amazing meal, in an amazing place. Very pleased for my first experience in a Michelin restaurant. The courses are great and you can tell they pay attention to every detail. Everything was excellent and even though I have photos, they don’t do the food justice. Thank you for my making my meal so special.
