Together, they confidently and elegantly steer this establishment with its refined decor (blue walls, paintings by Peter Hoffer...). The wine list features bottles from artisan winemakers of recognized quality. In the kitchen, the brigade plays with the seasons to create a seductive score (risotto carnaroli au tourteau, eggplant en persillade, filet de veau-artichaut poivrade, white peach sorbet...).
