Here, everything is exceptional! The place is magical; the decoration is superb, and the cuisine has been awarded 3 Michelin stars. In this elegant setting, the chef Frédéric Anton distills his delicate and subtle cuisine. Of course, you won't taste his "eggplant" (caviar, avocado cream and curry), his "crab" (soft flan, dashi, light aniseed flavour), his "sweetbreads" (caramelized, roasted ceps, fatty juice) or his "pollen" (shortbread, honey ice cream) every day, but it's an experience worth trying.

Le plus important : les mets et vins. Absolument sublime, travaillé très proche de la matière première (le saumon est fantastique, le sorbet champagne également, la tarte au chocolat aussi, le parmentier aussi). Leur Maury 60 ans d'âge pour le dessert s'est avéré sublime, comme tous leurs autres vins. Aucune fausse note comme il se doit pour un tel établissement, et de l'extra-mile comme disent les anglais en plus, comme l'on s'y attend également, mais de manière surprenant et élégante.
Je ne puis que le recommander, et vivement.
