Three-star restaurant in an idyllic setting where the chef creates delicate and tasty cuisine according to the seasons.
Here, everything is exceptional! The place is magical; the decoration is superb, and the cuisine has been awarded 3 Michelin stars. In this elegant setting, the chef Frédéric Anton distills his delicate and subtle cuisine. Of course, you won't taste his "eggplant" (caviar, avocado cream and curry), his "crab" (soft flan, dashi, light aniseed flavour), his "sweetbreads" (caramelized, roasted ceps, fatty juice) or his "pollen" (shortbread, honey ice cream) every day, but it's an experience worth trying.

In terms of service, none of the staff felt particularly warm, the wine guy treated me disrespectfully and was completely unhelpful - I asked for what would pair well with the menu and his advice boiled down to "the next dish is a meat, so here's a red". Our waitress was visibly frustrated with another customer on account of, I think, a language misunderstanding.
Overall, nothing really blatant, but we felt unwelcome, and the food was absolutely not worth the money.
