Here, everything is exceptional! The place is magical; the decoration is superb, and the cuisine has been awarded 3 Michelin stars. In this elegant setting, the chef Frédéric Anton distills his delicate and subtle cuisine. Of course, you won't taste his "eggplant" (caviar, avocado cream and curry), his "crab" (soft flan, dashi, light aniseed flavour), his "sweetbreads" (caramelized, roasted ceps, fatty juice) or his "pollen" (shortbread, honey ice cream) every day, but it's an experience worth trying.

J'ai pris un déjeuner fixe et commandé une bouteille de champagne et une bouteille de vin en entrée.
Le menu n'était pas familier, et c'était la première fois que je goûtais et j'avais une texture, donc j'étais très satisfait.
L'intérieur du restaurant est très joli, et l'emplacement au milieu d'un grand parc est également très émouvant, donc je recommanderais certainement cet endroit à tous ceux qui disent aller à Paris.
