Thierry Borrel is a faithful Lozérian. The brasserie Le Frankl 'in supplies the country (Manoir d' Alexandre, Quintard poultry…). On the bar map: Puy lentil salad, Cantal pork terrine terrine, burger auvergnat… But the address is also a completely renovated hotel in 2009, for very good value for money in the 16 th arrondissement 100 m from the Trocadéro and 300 m from the Eiffel Tower! Half of the rooms are in twin, which is increasingly requested. Come taste and you will see as Thierry!
