SHANGRI-LA HÔTEL * * * * *
Hotel with a breathtaking view of the monuments and rooms equipped with the latest technology.
The Asian group Shangri-La settled in the capital carries out renovation work on the cliff of Chaillot, the former mansion of Prince Roland Bonaparte, grand-nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte, built in 1896. It offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Invalides, Louvre, Notre-Dame de Paris and Sacred Heart. This historic home has been completely restored by merging modern touches and Directoire style. Two different eras are marked in imperial emblems of the bee and the eagle reproduced on marble, stone, and mahogany doors. To this must be added the Asian touch: lacquered furniture, hand-drawn wallpaper, huge vases at the entrance... A real palace reconstituted with historic frescoes on its walls. The rooms, equipped with the latest technology, have preserved their beautiful surfaces and spacious marble bathrooms with heated floors. The Imperial Suite of 275 m2 dominates the Place d'Iéna. The panoramic suite on the 7th floor, a little smaller, has one of its advantages in its spectacular view accessing the Eiffel Tower. The La Bauhinia restaurant was transformed into a balcony under a canopy which resembles the Eiffel Tower discovered during construction, restored, and dressed in taffeta. This is truly an exceptional establishment.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
