Close bus stop and train station so reasonably convenient to go to central Paris. The room was clean but there was no body cream in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was quite basic.

We stayed there during a business trip. A very nice hotel, very close to bus and subway station. Aubre was very polite and a great professional, who took care of us every morning during breakfast, which by the way was suberb!

the hotel was fantastic. the location is great and the room and bathroom are both quite spacious. we didn’t feel cramped at all, which is quite hard to find in europe. the room was very clean and the staff also cleaned it very nicely every day. the only negative is that we informed the front desk 3 times that we had low water pressure in the shower and that the battery of the safe was low, but they never fixed either issue. but truly, it was a great experience and i would 100% stay here for my next visit.

note: closest metro station is an 8-10 minute walk.

Propreté impeccable bon accueil et très bon petit déjeuner.
L emplacement est dans une rue calme . Heureusement car l insonorisation de la fenêtre n est pas très bon . ( chambre 509)

Very distasefe experience:

1- The AC is not working and they don’t care to fix it for 2 days.

2- The smell of the room so dirty. ????

3- You can hear everything from the others rooms, the isolation is very poor.

4- I’ve been waiting to complain to the manager since I checked in “ two days ago”but he didn’t exist all the day.

5- Wifi connection is so weak as well the signal of the cell phone, so the internet is terrible.

6- One of the stuff member is rude and not professional.
I don’t recommend it at all

Ogółem hotel ładny i czysty. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania dobre, aczkolwiek po kilku dniach zaczynały się nam nudzić bo codziennie było to samo, na zmianę tylko podawano pancakes i fasolkę. Obsługa recepcji średnio uprzejma. Brakuje możliwości podgrzania posiłku (pan z recepcji powiedział że mają mikrofalówkę, ale tylko dla pracownikow - gdyby był bardziej uprzejmy, nie byłoby problemem ją udostepnic) a także lodówek w pokojach - a one są standardem w 4 gwiazdkach.

방이 추워서 프론트에 매번 이야기했는데 달라지는 게 없었습니다. 확인해보겠다는 말만 하고 여전히 추웠습니다.
히터에서 바람이 나오는 것 같지 않아서 프론트에 자세하게 이야기했더니, 직원이 적외선 온도계를 들고 객실에 찾아와서는 히터에 직접 쏘고 온도가 높다면서 정상이라고 했어요.. 방 온도는 20도 안팎이라 너무 추웠는데 바람 안 나오는 히터에 쏘고는 잘 돌고 있다는 말만 반복했습니다. 본인에게는 이 방이 너무 덥다는 말까지 했어요. 대응이 너무 무례했습니다.
3박 머물렀는데 마지막 날까지 재미있는 경험했습니다. 교통도 그렇게 좋지만은 않아서 다른 숙소 알아보시는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

혼자 묵었는데 파리의 다른 숙소보다 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 욕실 크고 욕조까지 있어서 좋았어요.
근데 남자직원들이 너무 불친절해서 기분 나빴어요. 특히 백인 남자 직원있는데 너무 싸가지 없음. 여자 직원분은 너무 친절했습니다!

Les collaborateurs sont fabuleux. Le service est tout à fait professionnel et chaleureux. Quel accueil!

L'endroit est calme et la chambre était grande, propre avec tout le confort essentiel.

Très bon petit-déjeuner et le personnel y met du cœur pour rendre le début de journée agréable.

Je n'ai malheureusement pas bien choisi selon mon agenda de deux jours l'emplacement. C'est assez excentré et on met du temps à atteindre nos destinations en bus ou métro. De ma faute, j'y réfléchirais davantage la prochaine fois.

Un centre commercial a côté, une belle vue autour.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé.

Excellent stay in this stylish and comfortable hotel. Great value for this location in Paris.
Rooms are well decorated, elegant, spacious and cozy.
I appreciated particularly the many lighting options in the room. One can light the room according to its preference.
Nice bathroom and good shower.
Staff is friendly, professional and helpful.
The area is quiet. There are some restaurants around.
5 minutes walking distance to the Maison de la Radio, 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower.
I keep this address as a hotel to return to when staying in Paris.
