The Salon International des Artistes Animaliers de Chasse et de la Nature has been running since 2011. It was created by collector Jean-Christophe Barbou des Places and the Arthémis group of hunting artists. Several thousand visitors flock there every year to admire the animal paintings, sculptures and photos. More and more artists are exhibiting, and the quality of their work is rewarded with numerous prizes. Animal Art also takes place in Brussels in March, if you're interested.
