Sent my documents by post more than a month ago and still not received confirmation whether they received it and is in process. No one is answering the phone or emails or the contact form on the website. Very bad service from the start.

Ils demandent l'argent pour avoir un passeport pour des gens qui n'ont pas y aller pendant longtemps (pour des sri lankais), beaucoup de corruption, beaucoup d'arnaque, si vous ne savez pas l'ambassade représente le pays, vaut mieux fermer l'ambassade car ça ne sert à rien à part bloquer le passeport et demander l'argent.

Je tiens à exprimer ma grande satisfaction concernant ma récente visite à votre ambassade. J'ai été agréablement surpris par l'accueil chaleureux et l'efficacité du personnel. Ils ont été amicaux, serviables et ont répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience.

Un desastre! Cobran un sueldo por No hacer nada y lo poco que hacen hacerlo mal!!
