Museum housing exhibits recounting the evolution of great civilizations marked by Buddhism, Hinduism...
Lyon industrialist Emile Guimet (1836-1918) brought back priceless treasures from his travels and had this museum built in Paris in 1889. From room to room, you'll discover Central Asia, the Greco-Bactrian Buddhist kingdom, the Indus Valley, the Nepalese and Tibetan Himalayas, Indochina and the Kingdom of Siam, the Middle Kingdom, the Korean Peninsula, Japan... A state-of-the-art auditorium is also available, as well as a splendid rooftop.

Perhaps if I knew history better
Aujourd'hui, un concert fabuleux de musique indienne "Dhoad, les gitans du Rajasthan. Une très grande qualité musicale des interprètes doublé d'un enthousiasme communicatif.
Que du bonheur !
